Delete Your Account

You can delete your Fine Club account and personal data at any time, directly in the app or by contacting us. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete it yourself in the app

The quickest way is from inside Fine Club:

• Open the app and sign in.
• Open the menu and go to your Profile.
• Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom and confirm.

Your account is removed straight away. This cannot be undone.

Ask us to delete it

If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account at hello@thefineclub.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete your deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

• Your sign in details and email address.
• Your profile, including your name and photo.
• Your posts, comments and reactions.
• Your notifications.

What is kept, and why

To keep your club's history accurate for everyone else, your past place in a team is anonymised rather than erased: it is relabelled as a former member with no name or photo and detached from you. This means the club's pot totals and fine history stay correct, but the record is no longer linked to you or your personal data.
