This policy explains what personal data Fine Club collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Fine Club is a mobile app for running a sports team or social group's lighthearted fines.

Fine Club is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Fine Club does not process real money for fines. The pot is a running tally your club keeps. Any optional in-app purchases we may offer in future are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us, and we never see your card details.
We rely on performing our contract with you to provide the app, our legitimate interests to keep it secure and improve it, and your consent where required, for example for optional marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run Fine Club, including a database and authentication provider, an email delivery provider, and app store and analytics providers. They only process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored on servers within the UK or European Economic Area. Where any provider processes data outside these regions, we put appropriate safeguards in place.
We keep your data for as long as you have an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and operational needs. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@thefineclub.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app or by email.
