The pot is the shared kitty every fine feeds. Goals are what you are saving up for. Here is how the two fit together.
Every fine your club hands out feeds a shared pot. Think of it as the team kitty, quietly building up while everyone gets caught out for the little things. The pot saves toward a goal, usually the end of season do, so all those fines add up to something everyone gets to enjoy.
What we used to call seasons are now called goals. Nothing sneaky, just a clearer name. Each goal is its own pot with its own target and its own background image, so the celebration fund and the tour kitty can live side by side without getting muddled.
A club can run more than one goal at the same time. On the home screen they show up as a swipeable pot carousel, one card per goal, each with its own picture. Swipe across to see how every pot is doing at a glance.
When an admin issues a fine, they pick which pot it lands in. New fines default to the current goal, so there is no fiddly setup for the everyday stuff.

Archiving a goal does not wipe the slate. Any unpaid fines still hold their value and remain owed, so nobody dodges a fine just because a goal has been put to bed.
The Your fines screen has a goal filter that defaults to All goals. That way the count and the list always agree, and a fine sitting in an archived goal still shows up. Pick a single goal from the dropdown any time you want to narrow things down.
A fine that has been settled reads as paid everywhere. So does a fine worth nothing: a zero value fine counts as paid too, no further action needed.
